During the second period on Tuesday, December 23, we held the award ceremony, the farewell ceremony, and the closing ceremony for the term.

At the award ceremony, we recognized 62 awards given to 44 students who had received recognition outside the school since the second term for achievements in sports, speeches, creative works, and other activities (the “Good Teeth Student Contest” was held in June).

At the farewell ceremony, a teacher who will be transferred to another school as of January gave farewell remarks. Please check the written notice that was distributed regarding this personnel change.

At the closing ceremony, the principal spoke as follows:

What did you work hard on during the second term? And what do you want to do next?
Third-year students, have you decided which high school you want to attend? Why do you want to go to that school? What will you talk about in your interview?
You do not need to make yourself look better than you are. If I were the interviewer, I would want to hear what you have done so far and what you want to do in the future.
First- and second-year students, if you continue to make efforts from now on, you will be able to talk about them by this time next year.

Yesterday after school, six members of the first-year grade council came to the principal’s office. Regarding the tablet battery issue, they presented data based on a survey, gave clear explanations, and proposed solutions that considered feasibility.
The ability to express ideas like this is highly valued. The ability to communicate becomes the power to achieve your dreams. It can also become the power to change society for the better.

On the other hand, listening skills are often thought of as passive. However, listening carefully with empathy is an active behavior.
No one can achieve their dreams alone. No one can change society alone. Human beings need to cooperate in order to survive. When you have strong listening skills, you can gain collaborators.

The ability to express ideas and the ability to listen are like two wheels of a cart.
Listening carefully to others means valuing them. In the third term as well, we want Tomisuhara Junior High School to be a school that values the power of listening.

El martes 23 de diciembre, durante la segunda hora de clase, se llevaron a cabo la ceremonia de premiación, la ceremonia de despedida y la ceremonia de clausura del trimestre.

En la ceremonia de premiación, se entregaron 62 reconocimientos a 44 estudiantes que habían sido premiados fuera de la escuela desde el segundo trimestre por logros en deportes, discursos, producción de obras y otras actividades (el Concurso del Estudiante con Buenos Dientes se realizó en junio).

En la ceremonia de despedida, un docente que será trasladado a otra escuela a partir de enero ofreció unas palabras de despedida. Con respecto a este cambio de personal, se ha distribuido un documento, por favor consúltenlo.

En la ceremonia de clausura, el director habló de la siguiente manera:

¿Qué fue aquello en lo que se esforzaron durante el segundo trimestre? ¿Y qué quieren hacer a partir de ahora?
Estudiantes de tercer año, ¿ya han decidido a qué preparatoria quieren ingresar? ¿Por qué quieren ir a esa escuela? ¿De qué hablarán en la entrevista?
No es necesario presentarse mejor de lo que uno es. Si yo fuera el entrevistador, querría saber qué han hecho hasta ahora y qué quieren hacer en el futuro.
Estudiantes de primero y segundo año, si continúan esforzándose, para estas fechas del próximo año también podrán hablar de ello.

Ayer después de clases, seis miembros del consejo de grado de primer año vinieron a la oficina del director. Sobre el problema de la batería de las tabletas, presentaron datos basados en encuestas, explicaciones claras y propuestas de soluciones considerando su viabilidad.
Esta capacidad de expresar y comunicar ideas es muy valorada. La capacidad de expresión se convierte en la fuerza para cumplir los propios sueños y también en la fuerza para mejorar la sociedad.

Por otro lado, la capacidad de escuchar suele considerarse pasiva. Sin embargo, escuchar atentamente con empatía es una acción activa.
Nadie puede cumplir sus sueños solo. Nadie puede cambiar la sociedad solo. Los seres humanos necesitan cooperar para sobrevivir. Cuando se tiene una buena capacidad de escucha, se pueden obtener colaboradores.

La capacidad de expresarse y la capacidad de escuchar son como las dos ruedas de un carro.
Escuchar con atención a los demás es valorar a la otra persona. También en el tercer trimestre, queremos que la Escuela Secundaria Tomisuhara sea una escuela que valore la capacidad de escuchar.

डिसेम्बर २३ (मंगलबार) दोस्रो पिरियडमा, सम्मान समारोह, विदाइ समारोह तथा सत्र समापन समारोह आयोजना गरियो।

सम्मान समारोहमा, दोस्रो सत्रपछि खेलकुद, भाषण, कृतिहरूको निर्माण आदि क्षेत्रमा विद्यालयबाहिर सम्मानित भएका ४४ जना विद्यार्थीलाई ६२ वटा सम्मान प्रदान गरियो (「राम्रो दाँत भएका विद्यार्थी」 प्रतियोगिता जुन महिनामा भएको थियो)।

विदाइ समारोहमा, जनवरीदेखि अन्य विद्यालयमा सरुवा हुने एक जना शिक्षकबाट विदाइ सम्बोधन गरियो। सरुवासम्बन्धी विवरण कागजातमार्फत वितरण गरिएको छ, कृपया पुष्टि गर्नुहोस्।

समापन समारोहमा प्रधानाध्यापकले निम्न कुरा गर्नुभयो:

हिजो कक्षा सकिएपछि, पहिलो वर्ष学年議会का ६ जना सदस्य प्रधानाध्यापकको कार्यकक्षमा आए। ट्याब्लेटको ब्याट्री समस्याबारे, सर्वेक्षणमा आधारित तथ्याङ्क, स्पष्ट व्याख्या र कार्यान्वयनयोग्य समाधानका प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत गरियो।
यस प्रकारको अभिव्यक्ति गर्ने क्षमता उच्च रूपमा मूल्याङ्कन गरिन्छ। अभिव्यक्ति गर्ने क्षमता आफ्ना सपना पूरा गर्ने शक्ति बन्छ। यसले समाजलाई अझ राम्रो बनाउने शक्ति पनि दिन्छ।

अर्कोतर्फ, सुन्ने क्षमतालाई प्रायः निष्क्रिय ठानिन्छ। तर, एन्प्याथी प्रयोग गरेर ध्यानपूर्वक सुन्नु सक्रिय व्यवहार हो।
एक्लैले सपना पूरा गर्न सकिँदैन। समाज पनि एक्लैले परिवर्तन गर्न सकिँदैन। मानिस बाँच्नका लागि सहकार्य आवश्यक छ। सुन्ने क्षमता उच्च भए सहयोगीहरू पाउन सकिन्छ।

अभिव्यक्ति गर्ने क्षमता र सुन्ने क्षमता गाडीका दुई पाङ्ग्रा जस्तै हुन्।
अरूको कुरा ध्यानपूर्वक सुन्नु भनेको अरूलाई सम्मान गर्नु हो। तेस्रो सत्रमा पनि, सुन्ने क्षमतालाई महत्व दिने 富洲原 मध्य विद्यालय बन्न चाहन्छौं।

Trong tiết học thứ hai vào thứ Ba, ngày 23 tháng 12, nhà trường đã tổ chức lễ trao thưởng, lễ chia tay và lễ bế giảng học kỳ.

Tại lễ trao thưởng, nhà trường đã trao 62 phần thưởng cho 44 học sinh đã được khen thưởng bên ngoài nhà trường kể từ học kỳ II nhờ thành tích trong thể thao, diễn thuyết, sáng tác tác phẩm và các hoạt động khác (cuộc thi “Học sinh có hàm răng tốt” được tổ chức vào tháng 6).

Tại lễ chia tay, một giáo viên sẽ chuyển công tác sang trường khác từ tháng 1 đã có lời chào tạm biệt. Về việc điều chuyển nhân sự này, nhà trường đã phát văn bản thông báo, xin vui lòng kiểm tra.

Tại lễ bế giảng, hiệu trưởng đã chia sẻ như sau:

Các em đã nỗ lực điều gì trong học kỳ II? Và từ bây giờ các em muốn làm gì?
Học sinh khối 3, các em đã quyết định ngôi trường trung học phổ thông mà mình muốn theo học chưa? Vì sao các em muốn vào trường đó? Trong buổi phỏng vấn, các em sẽ nói gì?
Không cần phải làm cho bản thân trông tốt hơn thực tế. Nếu là người phỏng vấn, tôi muốn biết các em đã làm gì cho đến nay và các em muốn làm gì trong tương lai.
Học sinh khối 1 và khối 2 cũng vậy, nếu các em tiếp tục nỗ lực, thì vào thời điểm này năm sau, các em cũng sẽ có thể tự tin chia sẻ.

Chiều qua sau giờ học, sáu thành viên của hội đồng khối 1 đã đến phòng hiệu trưởng. Về vấn đề pin của máy tính bảng, các em đã trình bày dữ liệu dựa trên khảo sát, giải thích rõ ràng và đề xuất các giải pháp có tính khả thi.
Khả năng truyền đạt như vậy rất dễ được đánh giá cao. Khả năng truyền đạt sẽ trở thành sức mạnh giúp các em thực hiện ước mơ, và cũng là sức mạnh để thay đổi xã hội theo hướng tốt đẹp hơn.

Mặt khác, khả năng lắng nghe thường bị coi là thụ động. Tuy nhiên, lắng nghe kỹ lưỡng với sự đồng cảm là một hành động chủ động.
Không ai có thể thực hiện ước mơ một mình. Cũng không ai có thể thay đổi xã hội một mình. Con người cần hợp tác để tồn tại. Khi có khả năng lắng nghe tốt, các em sẽ có được những người đồng hành.

Khả năng truyền đạt và khả năng lắng nghe giống như hai bánh xe của một cỗ xe.
Lắng nghe trân trọng lời nói của người khác chính là trân trọng con người họ. Trong học kỳ III tới, chúng ta cũng mong muốn Trường Trung học Cơ sở Tomisuhara tiếp tục là một ngôi trường coi trọng khả năng lắng nghe.
