Results of the PTA General Assembly
We have successfully reduced the amount of collection compared to last year.
On Thursday, April 24, the PTA reported the results of the "FY2025 PTA General Assembly Written Resolution." All seven proposals were approved:

Proposal 6: Amendments to the PTA Regulations
Proposal 7: Amendments to the Athletic and Cultural Support Association Regulations
Due to Proposal 6, the PTA membership fee has been reduced from 200 yen to 150 yen per month.
Due to Proposal 7, the "Athletic and Cultural Support Association" has been renamed to the "Educational Support Association," and its fee has changed from 150 yen to 250 yen per month.
Although it may seem like the total collection amount increased, it has actually decreased.
Until FY2024, there were three separate funds: the Athletic and Cultural Support Association Fee, Student Council Fee, and Environmental Beautification Fund.
Only the first had official rules, while the other two lacked proper explanations and financial reports to parents.
To manage the collected funds appropriately, we have abolished the Student Council Fee and Environmental Beautification Fund and integrated the necessary parts into the Educational Support Association Fee.
Previously, the monthly total was 450 yen (150 + 200 + 100 yen), but now it is simplified to 250 yen per month.
Thanks to the approval of Proposal 6 and Proposal 7, we have reduced the monthly PTA fee by 50 yen and the Educational Support Association fee by 200 yen compared to last year.
The details of each grade’s school collection are provided in the document issued on Friday, April 25.
【Changes to the Annual Plan】
Some changes have been made to the annual schedule:
Sunday, November 16: Addition of Tomisuahara District Comprehensive Disaster Drill (Saturday classes will be held)
Monday, November 17: Substitute holiday
Tuesday, November 18: Career Guidance Session (rescheduled from November 17)
The Disaster Drill will be treated as a Saturday class, and the following Monday will be a day off.
After the drill, the afternoon will be available for questions.
Also, the Career Guidance Session for 3rd-year students originally scheduled for Monday, November 17, will be moved to Tuesday, November 18.
Furthermore, for the Sports Festival, its reserve day, and the Culture Festival, students will have school lunches instead of bringing their own lunch boxes.

Resultados de la Asamblea General del PTA
Hemos logrado reducir la cantidad de recaudación en comparación con el año pasado.
El jueves 24 de abril, el PTA informó los resultados de la "Resolución escrita de la Asamblea General del PTA para el año fiscal 2025". Todos los siete puntos de la agenda fueron aprobados:

Punto 2: Informe financiero del año fiscal 2024

Con el Punto 6, la cuota del PTA se redujo de 200 yenes a 150 yenes mensuales.
Con el Punto 7, la Asociación de Apoyo Deportivo y Cultural pasó a llamarse Asociación de Apoyo Educativo, y su cuota cambió de 150 yenes a 250 yenes mensuales.
Aunque parece que la recaudación aumentó, en realidad disminuyó.
Hasta el año fiscal 2024, existían tres fondos separados: Cuota de Apoyo Deportivo y Cultural, Cuota del Consejo Estudiantil y Fondo de Embellecimiento Ambiental.
Solo el primero tenía reglas claras, mientras que los otros dos carecían de explicaciones y reportes financieros para los padres.
Para una gestión adecuada, se eliminaron estos dos fondos y se integraron las partes necesarias en la cuota de Apoyo Educativo.
Anteriormente, el total mensual era de 450 yenes (150 + 200 + 100 yenes), ahora es de 250 yenes.
Gracias a la aprobación de los Puntos 6 y 7, se redujo la cuota mensual del PTA en 50 yenes y la cuota del Apoyo Educativo en 200 yenes comparado con el año anterior.
Los detalles de la recaudación por grado se comunicaron en el documento emitido el viernes 25 de abril.
【Cambios en el Plan Anual】
Se han realizado cambios en el calendario anual:
Domingo 16 de noviembre: Se añade el Simulacro General de Prevención de Desastres del distrito de Tomisuahara (se contarán como clases de sábado)
Lunes 17 de noviembre: Día de descanso compensatorio
Martes 18 de noviembre: Sesión informativa sobre opciones de carrera (cambiado del 17 de noviembre)
El simulacro se considerará como clase del sábado, y el lunes siguiente será día libre.
Después del simulacro, el horario vespertino estará disponible para consultas.
Además, el almuerzo en el Festival Deportivo, su día de reserva y el Festival Cultural será proporcionado por el comedor escolar este año.

अप्रिल २४ (बिहीबार) का दिन, पीटीएले "वि.सं. २०८२ को पीटीए साधारण सभाको लिखित निर्णय" को रिपोर्ट दियो। तलका सात वटै प्रस्तावहरू अनुमोदन गरिए:
प्रस्ताव १: वि.सं. २०८१ को वार्षिक गतिविधि प्रतिवेदन

प्रस्ताव ६ अनुसार, पीटीए सदस्यता शुल्क मासिक २०० येनबाट १५० येनमा घटाइयो।
प्रस्ताव ७ अनुसार, "खेलकुद तथा सांस्कृतिक समर्थन संघ" लाई "शैक्षिक समर्थन संघ" नामाकरण गरियो र शुल्क १५० येनबाट २५० येनमा परिवर्तन गरियो।
रकम बढेको जस्तो देखिए पनि, वास्तवमा घटाइएको हो।
वि.सं. २०८१ सम्म, तीन फरक खाताहरू थिए: खेलकुद तथा सांस्कृतिक समर्थन शुल्क, विद्यार्थी परिषद शुल्क र वातावरण सौन्दर्यीकरण शुल्क।
सिर्फ पहिलो खाताले आधिकारिक नियमहरू थियो।
उचित वित्तीय व्यवस्थापनका लागि, पछिल्ला दुई शुल्कहरू हटाइए र आवश्यक रकम नयाँ शैक्षिक समर्थन शुल्कमा समावेश गरियो।
पहिले मासिक जम्मा ४५० येन थियो, अहिले २५० येनमा घटाइएको छ।
छैठौँ र सातौँ प्रस्ताव स्वीकृत भएसँगै, पीटीए शुल्कमा मासिक ५० येन र शैक्षिक समर्थन शुल्कमा २०० येन घटाइएको छ।
प्रत्येक कक्षाको रकम विवरण अप्रिल २५ (शुक्रबार) मा पठाइएको कागजातमा छ।
【वार्षिक योजना परिवर्तन】
केही वार्षिक तालिकामा परिवर्तन गरिएको छ:
नोभेम्बर १६ (आइतबार): टोमिसुहारा क्षेत्रीय विपद् पूर्वतयारी अभ्यास थप (शनिबार कक्षा हुनेछ)
नोभेम्बर १७ (सोमबार): सट्टा बिदा
नोभेम्बर १८ (मंगलबार): भविष्यको योजना सम्बन्धी जानकारी सत्र (नोभेम्बर १७ बाट परिवर्तन)
विपद् अभ्यास शनिबार कक्षाको रूपमा हुनेछ र सोमबार सट्टा बिदा हुनेछ।
अभ्यासपछि दिउँसो प्रश्नोत्तर सत्र हुनेछ।
यस वर्ष, खेलकुद महोत्सव, त्यसको विकल्प दिन, र संस्कृति महोत्सवको समयमा विद्यालयले खाना उपलब्ध गराउनेछ, गत वर्षजस्तो घरबाट खाना ल्याउनु पर्दैन।

Chúng tôi đã giảm được số tiền thu so với năm ngoái.
Ngày 24 tháng 4 (Thứ Năm), PTA đã thông báo kết quả "Nghị quyết bằng văn bản của Đại hội PTA năm học 2025". Cả bảy đề án đều được thông qua:

Với Đề án 6, phí hội viên PTA đã giảm từ 200 yên xuống còn 150 yên mỗi tháng.
Với Đề án 7, Hội Hỗ trợ Thể thao Văn hóa đổi tên thành Hội Hỗ trợ Giáo dục, và phí tăng từ 150 yên lên 250 yên mỗi tháng.
Dù có vẻ số tiền thu tăng, nhưng thực tế đã giảm.
Trước năm học 2024, có ba khoản thu riêng: phí Hội Thể thao Văn hóa, phí Hội Học sinh, và phí Vệ sinh môi trường.
Chỉ có khoản đầu tiên có quy định rõ ràng, hai khoản sau chưa được giải thích và báo cáo tài chính minh bạch.
Để quản lý tài chính đúng đắn, hai khoản sau đã bị bãi bỏ và phần cần thiết được gộp vào phí Hội Hỗ trợ Giáo dục.
Trước đây tổng cộng 450 yên/tháng (150 + 200 + 100), nay chỉ còn 250 yên/tháng.
Nhờ thông qua Đề án 6 và 7, phí PTA giảm 50 yên/tháng và phí Hội Hỗ trợ Giáo dục giảm 200 yên/tháng so với năm trước.
Chi tiết tiền thu theo khối lớp đã được thông báo trong văn bản phát hành ngày 25 tháng 4 (Thứ Sáu).
【Thay đổi Kế hoạch Năm học】
Một số thay đổi trong kế hoạch năm học:
Chủ Nhật, ngày 16/11: Thêm buổi Diễn tập Phòng chống Thiên tai khu vực Tomisuahara (xem như lớp học thứ Bảy)
Thứ Hai, ngày 17/11: Nghỉ bù
Thứ Ba, ngày 18/11: Buổi hướng nghiệp (chuyển từ ngày 17/11)
Buổi diễn tập sẽ được coi như lớp học thứ Bảy, và thứ Hai sẽ nghỉ bù.
Sau buổi diễn tập, sẽ có buổi trả lời thắc mắc.
Ngoài ra, trong ngày Hội Thể thao, ngày dự phòng và Lễ hội Văn hóa năm nay, học sinh sẽ ăn trưa tại trường thay vì mang cơm hộp như năm ngoái.
