5がつ 13にち（すいようび）の 20ぷんやすみ、
5ねん3くみ 4はんの 4人と、
5ねん5くみ 5はんの 3人が、こうちょうしつに きました。

きょうは、2つの はんが いっしょに インタビューを しました。

しつもんは、
・どうして こうちょうに なったのですか？
・こうちょうの しごとで いちばん たいへんなことは なんですか？
・おおやちこうじょうしょうがっこうを、どんな がっこうに したいですか？
・がっこうで どんな しごとを していますか？
・とくいな きょうかは なんですか？
・どうして おおやちこうじょうしょうがっこうに きたのですか？
でした。

こどもたちの しつもんは、
わたしが じぶんを ふりかえる きっかけにも なります。

きょうは 2つの はんで いっしょに インタビューを したので、
こどもたちは リラックスしていました。

メインの しつもんだけではなく、
ほかにも たくさんの しつもんが ありました。

そのため、じかんが すこし ながく なりました。

During the 20-minute break on Wednesday, May 13, four students from Group 4 of Class 5-3 and three students from Group 5 of Class 5-5 visited the principal’s office.

Today, I was interviewed by two groups together.

Their questions included:

• Why did you become a principal?
• What is the most difficult part of being a principal?
• What kind of school would you like Oyachi Kojo Elementary School to become?
• What kind of work do you do at school?
• What is your best subject?
• Why did you come to Oyachi Kojo Elementary School?

These kinds of questions from the children also give me a chance to reflect on myself.

Because today’s interview was held with two groups together, the children seemed relaxed.
In addition to the main questions above, they asked many more questions, and we went a little over time.

Durante el recreo de 20 minutos del miércoles 13 de mayo, cuatro estudiantes del grupo 4 de la clase 5-3 y tres estudiantes del grupo 5 de la clase 5-5 visitaron la oficina del director.

Hoy recibí una entrevista de dos grupos al mismo tiempo.

Las preguntas incluyeron:

• ¿Por qué se convirtió en director?
• ¿Qué es lo más difícil de ser director?
• ¿Cómo le gustaría que fuera la Escuela Primaria Oyachi Kojo?
• ¿Qué trabajo hace en la escuela?
• ¿Cuál es su materia favorita?
• ¿Por qué vino a la Escuela Primaria Oyachi Kojo?

Las preguntas de los niños también me dieron la oportunidad de reflexionar sobre mí mismo.

Como hoy la entrevista fue con dos grupos juntos, los niños estaban relajados.
Además de las preguntas principales, hicieron muchas otras preguntas y el tiempo se extendió un poco.

• Qual é a parte mais difícil de ser diretor?
• Como gostaria que a Escola Primária Oyachi Kojo fosse no futuro?
• Que tipo de trabalho faz na escola?
• Qual é sua matéria favorita?
• Por que veio para a Escola Primária Oyachi Kojo?

As perguntas das crianças também me dão uma oportunidade de refletir sobre mim mesmo.

Como a entrevista foi feita com dois grupos juntos, as crianças estavam relaxadas.
Além das perguntas principais, fizeram muitas outras perguntas, e o tempo acabou passando um pouco.

Trong giờ ra chơi 20 phút vào thứ Tư, ngày 13 tháng 5, bốn học sinh của nhóm 4 lớp 5-3 và ba học sinh của nhóm 5 lớp 5-5 đã đến phòng hiệu trưởng.

Hôm nay tôi được hai nhóm phỏng vấn cùng lúc.

Các câu hỏi gồm có:

• Vì sao thầy/cô trở thành hiệu trưởng?
• Điều khó khăn nhất khi làm hiệu trưởng là gì?
• Thầy/cô muốn Trường Tiểu học Oyachi Kojo trở thành ngôi trường như thế nào?
• Thầy/cô làm những công việc gì ở trường?
• Môn học thầy/cô giỏi nhất là gì?
• Vì sao thầy/cô đến Trường Tiểu học Oyachi Kojo?

Những câu hỏi của các em cũng là cơ hội để tôi nhìn lại bản thân mình.

Vì hôm nay hai nhóm cùng phỏng vấn nên các em khá thoải mái.
Ngoài những câu hỏi chính, các em còn đặt thêm nhiều câu hỏi khác, nên thời gian đã kéo dài hơn một chút.
